We are currently seeking passionate and motivated individuals for multiple restaurant management levels, including Assistant Manager (AM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), and General Manager (GM). These roles offer competitive salaries ranging from $46,000 to $60,000 annually depending on the position and experience. As a Restaurant Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of your location by managing staff, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness, and fostering a team-focused and guest-centered culture. This leadership position requires exercising expertise in all aspects of restaurant operations, from recruitment and training to scheduling and performance management. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience with food and alcohol service
  • Serve Safe certification required
  • Experience with EcoSure preferred
  • Ability to pass background and credit check
  • Knowledge of scheduling, inventory, interviewing, coaching, and counseling
  • Previous manager experience at full-service operation
  • Experience with alcohol sales in full-service operation
  • Experience managing a staff of 30 or more employees
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exercise discretion and independent action
  • Maintain confidentiality and enforce company policies and compliance

Job Qualifications

  • Develop and coach team members
  • Build sales and profits while maintaining operating standards
  • Manage staff resources effectively
