By pushing the boundaries of fashion show production and focusing on inclusivity, The Bureau transformed Fashion Week from a traditionally business-to-business event into a highly engaging business-to-consumer experience. This shift not only expanded the audience but also created a passionate community of fashion lovers who consider The Bureau a lifestyle.

What sets The Bureau apart is its commitment to innovation, keeping its entire event production in-house, which is unique among large-scale fashion production companies. Their approach incorporates cutting-edge runway production, world-class talent, and the integration of innovative art and technology, delivering a multi-sensory experience unparalleled in the fashion world. The Bureau’s events combine live entertainment production excellence with a dedication to inclusivity and creativity, making it an industry leader and trendsetter.

The role of Sponsorships, Conferences & Event Strategy-Client Solutions Specialist is a key position within The Bureau's dynamic team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work directly with leadership to conceptualize, develop, and execute strategic sponsorship marketing programs aimed at driving brand awareness and fostering deep client engagement across a wide range of current and potential sponsorship brands. As a specialist, you will be central to aligning sponsorships and events with broader business goals and marketing initiatives, partnering cross-functionally with various teams including marketing, communications, legal, and compliance to ensure seamless execution.

Your responsibilities will be diverse and impactful, ranging from developing national and cross-line-of-business proprietary event programming with creative content and speaker sourcing, to managing detailed event logistics and overseeing budgets. You will serve as the primary relationship manager with sponsorship and partnership organizations, ensuring consistent alignment and leveraging past learnings to negotiate new opportunities. This position demands excellent strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders—from senior leadership to marketing centers of excellence.

In addition, you will lead planning committees, manage internal communications, coordinate marketing campaigns including digital, email, and social media initiatives, and conduct post-event analyses to evaluate effectiveness and return on investment. The role requires a proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be prepared for select travel obligations and the demands of off-hours project work.

The Bureau offers a competitive total rewards package with a base salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Eligible employees may also receive discretionary incentive compensation based on individual performance. Employees benefit from comprehensive health care coverage, on-site wellness centers, retirement savings plans, backup childcare, tuition reimbursement, mental health support, financial coaching, and other supportive programs designed to enhance work-life balance and personal growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking company at the forefront of the fashion industry and contribute to revolutionary events that set new standards and inspire communities worldwide.
