Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years old
- flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- reliable transportation to and from the Spokane Valley location
- no prior restaurant experience necessary as full training is provided
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- capable of multitasking and handling stress effectively
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- positive and upbeat demeanor
- proven ability to work well in team settings
- basic math skills for handling payments and tips
- customer service experience a plus but not required
Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- ensure guest satisfaction by attending to their needs and requests
- maintain clean and organized work areas and dining spaces
- handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- collaborate effectively with team members to provide seamless service
- follow all health and safety regulations related to food service
