We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Barista to take a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and leading our team of baristas to uphold our high standards. This leadership position involves supporting the Café Manager in managing multiple café locations, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in coffee preparation and beverage crafting, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and possess proven leadership abilities to inspire and motivate the team. Responsibilities include ordering supplies, managing inventory and invoices, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and occasionally filling in for the Café Manager. The role requires a hands-on approach, setting an example for team members in both performance and attitude. Being a key figure in both operational excellence and community engagement, the Lead Barista will also assist in marketing initiatives and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers returning.
