Job Requirements
- Valid Texas driver’s license with no restriction B
- Clean driving record
- Must be 19 years or older
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance aligned with hospitality standards
- Consent to background check, motor vehicle report review, and random drug screenings
Job Qualifications
- Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operation is a plus
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Willingness to undergo training and onboarding
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles including manual transmission
- Maintain communication with team members to ensure smooth valet operations
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to enhance guest experience
- Manage vehicle keys and ensure timely return of vehicles
- Stay active and alert throughout the shift, especially during peak event times
- Comply with all safety and professional standards during operations
