Their core values include integrity, compliance, customer focus, humility, respect, and fulfillment, guiding every aspect of their operations and cultural environment. They operate in the luxury hospitality industry, offering exceptional services that cater to a discerning clientele seeking high-quality guest experiences.
This position is for a Spa Concierge, which plays an integral role in facilitating smooth guest interactions throughout the spa facilities. The Spa Concierge manages guest movement across the spa, salon, fitness center, and recreation areas, ensuring that each visitor's experience is seamless and enjoyable. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about health and wellness, hospitality, and providing top-tier guest relations. The Concierge is responsible for coordinating appointments, greeting guests, providing information on spa amenities, and promoting spa services and retail products. They must maintain thorough knowledge of all offerings and collaborate closely with other departments to guarantee efficient service delivery.
In addition to scheduling and guest services, the Spa Concierge assists with administrative duties such as managing paperwork, monitoring retail displays, handling payments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations including OSHA and hazardous materials protocols. This role requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of guests from various social and cultural backgrounds. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and contribute to an overall positive guest environment. The position demands physical stamina as it involves moving throughout the spa, standing and walking frequently, and occasionally lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds. The Spa Concierge adheres to stringent standards of appearance, safety, and professionalism, and is expected to work cooperatively in a team environment under minimal supervision with flexible scheduling to accommodate business needs including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Joining Pacific Hospitality Group as a Spa Concierge is an opportunity to be part of a respectful, innovative, and growth-oriented company that values integrity and long-term success.
