The Spa Reservations Specialist serves as the first point of contact for spa guests, responsible for managing spa reservations, providing detailed information about the spa and resort amenities, and conducting tours of the spa, pool, and fitness facilities. This role requires a warm, professional demeanor and the ability to deliver exemplary service that enhances the overall guest experience. The specialist is also involved in coordinating with various spa departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
Additional responsibilities include managing check-in and checkout procedures, handling point of sale transactions, supporting retail sales activities, maintaining the juice bar and lounge areas, and liaising with other resort departments to maintain the resort's high physical standards and guest service quality. Knowledge of Club Topnotch Memberships and their benefits is essential, as the specialist will assist guests in understanding and utilizing these memberships.
The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, and sound judgment for decision-making in varied guest situations. Prior customer service experience is essential, accompanied by strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in resolving guest issues efficiently and maintaining a calm, professional attitude under pressure. Fluency in English is required to ensure clear and effective communication.
