Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Monitor spa facility usage and report any concerns
  • Process guest transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
  • Support general spa operations and assist the spa team as needed
