Job Requirements

  • Weekend availability preferred
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Ability to speak clearly and professionally on telephone
  • Provide general spa orientation to guests
  • Ability to work part-time hours
  • Ability to manage cash bank securely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Less than 1-year related work experience preferred
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to use spa or salon reservations software
  • Basic cash handling skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Schedule spa and salon services for individuals and groups
  • Call guests to confirm scheduled services
  • Update reservations and cancellations list and communicate changes
  • Check in guests and provide spa orientation
  • Promote and sell spa services
  • Manage assigned bank and process guest payments
  • Report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions
  • Maintain company policies and professional appearance
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold Gold Standards
  • Handle cash tips and balance receipts
  • Assist with other reasonable duties as required
