Job Duties
- Maintains the cleanliness of the spa that should be kept in a neat, tidy and sanitary manner in accordance with standards
- Ensures adequate stock of linen, supplies and amenities
- inform management when stock is low
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and guest courtesy at all times
- Cleans and maintains spa areas, including back of house
- Aid therapists in setting up and take down for treatments
- Attends to guest needs as they arise
- Assists in all areas of spa operations as requested by management
- Communicates to management any details regarding guest experience that require attention
- Reports any equipment issues to management
- References and abides by the spa’s operating procedures
