As a Spa Attendant at Snowbird, you will hold a critical role in maintaining the Cliff Spa to the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for all guests. The Spa Attendant position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering schedules that vary between 3 to 5 days per week with shift hours ranging from early morning to late evening depending on the season. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a dedication to guest satisfaction, making it both rewarding and impactful.

Your responsibilities will include comprehensive cleaning and maintenance duties across various spa areas such as locker rooms, treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms, pools, and outdoor spaces. Tasks will involve laundry, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, and waste removal while complying strictly with health and safety guidelines. Additionally, you will be proactive in identifying maintenance issues and ensuring they are reported or resolved promptly. Beyond cleanliness, providing outstanding customer service to guests will be a core part of your role, as you contribute directly to their spa experience.

Working conditions can be physically demanding due to the need for prolonged standing, walking extensive distances at high altitude, and managing physical tasks such as lifting and pushing weights. You should be comfortable working under varying weather conditions and be prepared for potential overnight stays in case of road closures.
