The role of Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C, NP, or APRN) at Tampa Bay Total Wellness offers an exciting professional opportunity for healthcare providers passionate about aesthetics, hormone optimization, and longevity medicine. This position is full-time and based in a state-of-the-art office in Hyde Park. Compensation ranges from $65 to $80 per hour, supplemented by production commissions and performance bonuses, with a signing bonus available for exceptional candidates who bring an established patient following.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will have the opportunity to perform comprehensive patient consultations and evaluations, manage hormone replacement therapies including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), and provide advanced medical weight loss and longevity services. You will also administer aesthetic injectables such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers, develop personalized treatment plans, and offer long-term patient management. Collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and other aesthetic providers is vital to the role, as is educating patients about treatment options and wellness strategies.

The position allows for a balance between clinical autonomy and teamwork within Florida law guidelines, ensuring that each provider practices with strong clinical judgment.
