The role currently available is for a Kitchen Manager who will play a crucial role in upholding Anthony’s reputation for delivering the finest fresh seafood with an uncompromising commitment to quality and value. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for supervising daily kitchen and dish room operations during their shift, ensuring cost efficiency and smooth workflow. This position requires leadership in managing kitchen team members, assigning workstations, training and cross-training staff, conducting interviews, scheduling, and maintaining high standards in food production and service. The Kitchen Manager may also step in to perform all duties of the Chef in their absence, ensuring consistent operational excellence. This is a fast-paced role requiring physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in a high-volume, full-service dining kitchen
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and food production skills
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Physical ability to stand and move at a fast pace for up to four hours
- Ability to lift pots, pans and other containers weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to kitchen team members, dining room team and managers
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- Two or more years of experience in a high-volume, full-service dining kitchen required, preferably in a seafood restaurant

Job Duties
- Responsible for the supervision and smooth operation of the kitchen and dish room during the shift with a mindful eye on the cost efficiency
- Responsible for all kitchen team members and ensure that they are performing their duties according to established procedures and quality standards
- Assigns stations to the kitchen team at the start of the shift
- Oversees training, cross-training, interviewing and scheduling of assigned positions
- May assume all duties of the Chef in the Chef’s absence
