  • 3-5 plus years in a supervisory experience or sous chef
  • High volume background
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Restaurant management knowledge
  • Thorough knowledge of menu implementation with stunning presentation ideas
  • Catering experience
  • Culinary degree strongly preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree strongly preferred
  • 3-5 plus years in supervisory experience or as sous chef
  • Solid knowledge of restaurant management
  • Experience in contract dining settings such as hospital, school, college, senior living or corporate dining
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume kitchen operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to innovate with menu implementation and presentation

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen operations and assist the Executive Chef
  • Supervise and mentor culinary team members
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Implement Executive Chef recipes while contributing innovative ideas
  • Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering
  • Coordinate catering services and special events
