We are currently seeking a Rock Star Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager who exemplifies passion for food, service, and leadership to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will bring solid kitchen leadership experience combined with creativity and attention to detail, particularly in high-volume environments. Experience in contract dining food service is highly desired, especially within hospital, educational, senior living, or corporate dining accounts.   • 3-5 plus years in a supervisory experience or sous chef
  • High volume background
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Restaurant management knowledge

  • Catering experience
  • Culinary degree strongly preferred
