Job Requirements
- Degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship certification from the American Culinary Federation
- Minimum three years experience in a high-volume full-service food operation
- Proven track record in improving kitchen efficiencies, quality, and cost management
- Excellent leadership skills and financial analysis capability
- Strong team building and communication/customer service skills
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and equipment operation and maintenance
- Detail-oriented, organized, and quick learner of new programs and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Openness to provide incidental or short-term support to other facilities
- Ability to travel when required
Job Qualifications

- Excellent leadership, financial analysis, team building, and communication skills
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexible to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to provide short-term support to other facilities if needed
- Ability to travel as required
Job Duties
- Provide hands-on leadership of day-to-day operations of assigned food outlet kitchens
- Possess expertise in multiple outlet kitchen management
- Inspect, select, and use only fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, and other quality food products
- Monitor proper receiving, storage, and rotation of food products per health department regulations
- Assist in the production of all food items as directed by the Executive Chef
- Lead culinary staff in sanitation standards ensuring compliance with health and company policies
- Maintain positive customer and client relations through effective communication and prudent financial practices
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef on banquet operations
