Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- ability to read and write English
- previous experience in the dietary department of a healthcare facility preferred
- ability to prepare and cook a variety of foods in large quantities
- knowledge of special diets, seasoning requirements, and cooking times
- ability to estimate food quantities, limit waste, and utilize leftovers for attractive meals
