Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a sous chef or lead cook
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Compliance with kitchen safety and sanitation regulations
Effective communication skills
Residency within Colorado or willingness to relocate
