Job Description
Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of the main, grill, and/or premium kitchens, including ordering, scheduling, sanitation, maintenance, employee development, and performance reviews. This position offers an hourly rate of $25.00-$30.00. Benefits for Full-Time roles include Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays). The position will remain open until August 15, 2025.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years as line cook preferred
- culinary training preferred
- Health & Sanitation Card required
- ability to communicate and follow instructions
- experience in a fast-paced environment with standing, walking, exposure to temperature changes, and heavy lifting
- must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
