Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on uneven ground
  • 2+ years experience training team members in a kitchen setting
  • Previous experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a full-service or fine-dining restaurant
  • Ability to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Knife skills with fine manipulation while maintaining safety
  • Available to work PM shifts
