Job Requirements
- Two or more years of post-high school education, preferably in culinary arts
- five or more years of experience in a related culinary position
- preference for candidates with prior hotel experience
- advanced knowledge of food preparation and management practices
- familiarity with hotel operations, budgeting, and quality assurance
- leadership and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
