Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years experience in upscale restaurant management
  • Valid food handler's card as required by local regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Ability to manage and lead a kitchen team effectively

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful kitchen
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and weekly specials
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
  • Ensure the kitchen maintains high cleanliness standards and is ready for inspection
  • Manage kitchen operations in a fast-paced upscale restaurant environment
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management
  • Monitor inventory and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
