Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in upscale restaurant management
  • Possession of a valid food handler's card as required by local or state law
  • Strong passion and knowledge of quality food
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in full service upscale restaurant management
  • Passion for quality food and exceptional customer service

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a kitchen
  • Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking established recipes and weekly specials
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff
  • Focus on business goals including process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company procedures
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and readiness for inspections
