The Sous Chef, Operations will report directly to the Executive Chef and will be an essential part of the culinary leadership team. This role requires not only culinary expertise but also strong leadership capabilities to guide food supervisors and kitchen staff. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Asian cuisine
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in culinary operations
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety protocols
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Valid food handler's certification
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Duties

  • Drive the food production effort with the assistance of Food Supervisors
  • Supervise the kitchen operations and oversee meal preparation processes

  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
