Sous Chef Grill Chef

ASM Global at the accesso ShoWare Center is looking for an experienced Hourly Sous Chef to join their culinary team in a high-volume arena food service environment. The Sous Chef will play a key role in developing and executing concession menus while ensuring consistency, quality, and speed of service across multiple food outlets. This position reports to the Executive Chef and involves collaborating with NPO fundraising organizations, assisting in recipe testing, staff training, station setup, and daily kitchen operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences during events.
