- Prior staff management experience
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to cook from scratch
- Availability to work full time including weekends and nights
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Helps executive chef prepare and cook foods
- cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
- supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and recommending disciplinary action
- stores food following corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and serving temperatures
- maintains sanitation of equipment and workstation
- interacts with customers to resolve complaints
- monitors inventory and deliveries of product and supplies
- tracks product production, consumption and waste
- performs other duties as assigned
