Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 to 8 years supervisory experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to write letters, reports, and summaries
  • Proficiency with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work with confidential employee and client information
  • Completion of specific Huntsville Hospital training courses within six months

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to write reports and summaries
  • Knowledge of mathematical concepts including fractions and percentages

Job Duties

  • Coordinate activities of chefs and kitchen staff
  • Direct training of food production and kitchen workers
  • Ensure high quality and efficient food service
  • Manage food preparation and cooking processes
  • Maintain compliance with food safety standards
  • Monitor kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Collaborate with hospital staff for food service needs
