Job Description
Dig Food Group is a pioneering food company dedicated to building a better food system by sourcing, cooking, and serving delicious food every day. Established over nine years ago, Dig Food Group has expanded into more than 30 fast-casual Dig restaurants and has launched its first full-service restaurant, 232 Bleecker. The company partners directly with over 130 farms, including its own Dig Acres, focusing on supporting independent farmers, first-time growers, women, immigrants, LGBTQ, and people of color. This commitment to authentic sourcing allows Dig to provide the freshest ingredients year-round and create menus that reflect seasonal growth. Each Dig restaurant operates with a chef-led kitchen, ensuring all food is cooked on site without microwaves, can openers, or freezers, emphasizing fresh, scratch-made dishes.Show More
