As a Sous Chef, you will work directly under the Executive Chef, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen activities across one or several of our restaurants, depending on your experience and interests. Your leadership will be instrumental in training and mentoring line staff, improving kitchen operations, and maintaining excellent food and labor budgets. The ideal candidate will bring over three years of leadership experience in high-volume kitchens, demonstrating a proven ability to manage demanding kitchen dynamics while fostering a positive and cooperative team culture. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, as is a solid understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and budgeting skills for Back of House (BOH) purchases and labor costs.
