Job Duties
- oversee daily culinary operations for restaurants and room service
- ensure smooth management and creativity in developing diverse dishes
- train the culinary team to maintain consistency in production and presentation
- collaborate closely with the executive chef
- create menus and manage food costs
- distribute banquet event orders (beos)
- ensure compliance with food safety standards
- monitor inventory rotation and maintain cleanliness and quality throughout the kitchen
- adapt to evolving demands within the banquet kitchen
