Job Duties

  • oversee daily culinary operations for restaurants and room service
  • ensure smooth management and creativity in developing diverse dishes
  • train the culinary team to maintain consistency in production and presentation
  • collaborate closely with the executive chef
  • create menus and manage food costs
  • distribute banquet event orders (beos)
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • monitor inventory rotation and maintain cleanliness and quality throughout the kitchen
