Job Requirements
- Must have fine dining experience with a proven track record of leadership in a high-performance culinary environment
- Minimum 4 years in a professional kitchen with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and inventory control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passion for hospitality, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
