Job Requirements

Must have fine dining experience with a proven track record of leadership in a high-performance culinary environment
minimum 4 years in a professional kitchen with at least 2 years in a leadership role
strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and inventory control
excellent communication and leadership skills
passion for hospitality, creativity, and continuous improvement
flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
