The role of Sous Chef at Lucky Strike Entertainment is both challenging and rewarding. The Sous Chef will oversee kitchen operations, manage food costs and budgets, supervise staff, and play an integral role in event banquets and other catered functions. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment setting, with the ability to adapt to shifting business needs, maintain strict sanitation standards, and foster a positive team environment. The Sous Chef acts as a critical bridge between kitchen staff, management, and sales teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences that enhance Lucky Strike's vibrant entertainment offerings. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- experience with catered events and presenting food for special occasions desirable
- relevant combination of education and experience acceptable
- must possess current ServSafe certification
