The role of Sous Chef at Aramark is a critical leadership position within the culinary team, responsible for coordinating, planning, supervising, and participating in the production, preparation, and presentation of food for assigned units. Job Requirements
- Two to three years' experience in a related culinary position
- Two to three years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree
- Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices
- Experience in managing people and/or resolving problems
- Strong oral, reading, and written communication abilities
- Willingness to work event-based hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to be hands on with staff and kitchen operations
