Job Description
The Newfields Culinary Arts Department is seeking a Sous Chef to play a vital role in ensuring the success of the culinary operations. Working closely with the Operations Manager and leadership team, the Sous Chef is responsible for meeting the day-to-day operational needs of the team and ensuring customer and employee satisfaction. This position involves overseeing inventory, ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, addressing staffing issues, and upholding quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
