Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- training from a culinary school preferred
- three to five years proven experience as a cook or 1+ years as a Sous Chef
- knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.), equipment, and procedures
- manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
- ability to read and follow recipes
- ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- ability to work as part of, and lead, a team
- effective oral and written communication and customer service skills
- strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and attention to detail
- excellent physical condition and stamina
