Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • ServSafe Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois)
  • Food Handlers Card (California, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
  • Minimum two years culinary management experience
  • Ability to communicate in basic English or Spanish
  • Proven track record in high-volume hospitality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for food quality and guest service

  • Strong cooking from scratch ability
  • Minimum of two years of high-volume culinary management experience
  • Basic English/Spanish communication skills
  • Strong guest service and culinary background
  • Ability to train, develop, and coach culinary team

Job Duties

  • Manage kitchen operations including food preparation and inventory control
  • Train, develop, and coach culinary staff to uphold quality standards
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared from scratch maintaining high volume service speed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen according to health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with management to plan menus and daily specials
  • Foster a positive team environment based on trust and mutual respect
  • Support the Executive Chef in menu execution and kitchen leadership
