Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Proven understanding of business operations and financial management
  • Ability to manage scheduling, shift planning, and daily decision making
  • Familiarity with POS systems and online reservation platforms
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Capacity to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of business operations and financials
  • Knowledge of food ingredients, flavors, and aromas
  • Proficiency with POS systems and online reservation systems like OpenTable
