Job Requirements
- minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable
- relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
- current ServSafe certification required

Job Duties
- adhere to the company's mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
- maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
- review monthly profit and loss statements and adjust as necessary
- work with operations and sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions in the absence of the kitchen manager or chef
- estimate food consumption and make purchases as appropriate
- schedule staff to accommodate business volume shifts
- partner with kitchen manager or general manager to resolve disciplinary issues and promote teamwork
- ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- supervise and oversee the preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all food
- assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits according to local health regulations
- proactively maintain a clean, safe environment
- report critical issues to general manager promptly
