Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of four years of progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
  • ServeSafe certification preferred
  • experience in all cooking stations and methods

Job Duties

  • oversee food preparation and cooking in all production environments
  • direct and support day-to-day kitchen operations
  • supervise food production and sanitation staff
  • assist with hiring and training kitchen staff
  • manage kitchen opening and closing duties
  • participate in inventory management and development of par sheets
  • place food and supply orders
