Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume environments
  • Experience preparing catered events and special event food presentations is preferred
  • Relevant experience or a combination of education and experience is acceptable
  • Current ServSafe certification required

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the companys mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs
  • Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, as well as operating cash flow as it relates to food operations
  • Work with the Operations team and Sales staff in the absence of the KM/Chef, plan, supervise, and execute all banquet functions including supervision of food preparation, service, and clean-up
  • Estimate food consumption and make purchases from specified food programs
  • schedule staff efficiently to meet business demands
  • Partner with KM/Chef or General Manager to resolve disciplinary issues and foster a teamwork environment
  • Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation, and supervise food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
  • Assist Chef with kitchen equipment maintenance and Department of Health sanitation audits
  • Proactively maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Report critical issues immediately to General Manager
