Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- able to sit, stand, walk, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours daily
- repetitive hand use including grasping, manipulation, pushing, pulling, reaching
- capable of working in environments with noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, extreme temperatures, humidity, or wetness

- culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience

- knowledge of seasonal foods and menu creation
- strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Create daily specials based on seasonal foods
- manage kitchen staff and schedules flexibly
- uphold culinary standards in the Executive Chef's absence
- complete administrative duties including inventory and compliance
- independently manage projects and meet deadlines
- promote positive guest interactions through sincere communication
- supervise kitchen operations to maintain high quality and efficiency
