Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Post-secondary culinary training preferred
- 3 to 5 years experience in kitchen operations and staff supervision
- Certification in Serve Safe Management
- Strong team management and delegation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and time effectively
- Competence in communicating clearly and comprehending written instructions
Job Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years experience with kitchen operations and staff supervision
- Certified in Serve Safe Management
- Demonstrated team management, delegation, issue resolution, and coaching skills

- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents, and communicate effectively with individuals
Job Duties
- Assist in supervising the day to day activities of kitchen staff
- Assign responsibilities and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work
- Promote safety and sanitation, inspect food product handling and follow HACCP procedures
- Assist with menu planning, inventory, and managing of supplies
- Maintain effective cost control, service, and quality standards to maximize sales and profits
- Comply with company, franchise, and regulatory standards of operation
- Serve as a resource for resolving complex kitchen problems
- Provide recommendations for hiring, firing, advancement, and promotion of kitchen staff
- Maintain effective communication and positive associate relations including performance reviews and discipline
- Provide highest quality of customer service, ensure proper staff training and support customer satisfaction and product quality
