Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • ServSafe Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois)
  • Food Handlers Card (California, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
  • minimum two years culinary management experience
  • ability to communicate in basic English or Spanish

Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • manage culinary staff and delegate tasks efficiently
  • ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • participate in menu development and recipe standardization
  • train, develop, and coach kitchen team members
  • uphold health and safety regulations
