Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of progressive line cooking experience
- at least one year in a supervisory role
- ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods
- positive and professional attitude
- ability to work nights and weekends

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in progressive line cooking with at least one year in a supervisory role
- preferred experience as Chef de Partie or Chef de Cuisine
- culinary arts degree preferred but not required
- experience with catering production
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work nights and weekends
Job Duties
- supervise kitchen staff and food preparation processes
- oversee catering production and special events
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with residents, family members, visitors, and team members
- train and mentor kitchen staff
- assist in menu development and meal planning
