Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of four years progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club, hotel, or cruise line environment
- experience in all cooking stations and methods
- ability to work full time
- ServeSafe Certification preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee food preparation and cooking in all production environments
- direct and support day-to-day kitchen operations
- supervise food production and sanitation staff
- assist in hiring and training new kitchen staff
- perform daily duties in absence of Executive Chef
- manage kitchen opening and closing
- participate in inventory control, development of par sheets, and placing food and supply orders
