Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years of line cooking or equivalent kitchen experience
  • outgoing, organized, and self-motivated personality
  • ability to work full-time hours in a dynamic hospitality environment
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • basic culinary education or certification preferred
  • availability to support special events and catering services
  • willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • train and mentor culinary staff in cooking techniques and service standards

  • ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
  • contribute to menu development and quality control
