Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to secure appropriate food handler permits within two weeks of employment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups, eggs, and other foods safely and efficiently in a scratch-based kitchen
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area
  • Execute a dynamic menu utilizing different cooking styles
  • Ensure appealing resort-like presentation of all food
  • Learn from the Executive Chef and provide leadership support in their absence
  • Monitor and stock the Chef's Pantry
  • Log food temperatures regularly
  • Uphold the company core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
