- Ability to work 50 hours per week

Job Duties
- Oversee all food production including restaurant, bar, banquet functions, and catering
- Assist the Chef with all kitchen responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor food and labor budgets and projections
- Supervise and develop all kitchen team members
- Maintain consistent food quality and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with the General Manager to meet store goals
- Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members and customers
