Job Duties

  • Assist with menu writing and cost control
  • Ensure quality and presentation standards of all food products
  • Support culinary team in food production and presentation
  • Oversee catering operations
  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • Inspect supplies and equipment for quality control
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Communicate equipment needs to supervisor
  • Assist with purchasing and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Compile production and operational data
  • Manage departmental expenses including food costs and labor
  • Assist in budget process and pricing analysis
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform other assigned duties
